DESIGN PLANNING

At the beginning of each project there is a

careful requirements analysis, from which

we derive a target definition together with

our customer. In the preliminary draft, we

try to develop sketchy alternative solutions

for the planning goals. Numerous iterations

are often necessary before the design

study can be carried out in order to refine

the best solution idea and finally to present

it holistically with floor plans, views and

sections and, if necessary, material

compositions.

EXECUTIVE PLANNING

Based on an approvable design study, the

various specialist planning such as

lighting and electrical planning,

installation planning, statics, interior

design planning, etc. are now integrated

in the implementation planning,

collisions are identified and solved in

close consultation with the specialist

planners. Detailed plans are created for

complex details that require the

interaction of many craftsmen in

particular.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Here, too, we are part of the value chain so

that our execution planning is implemented

with the same perfection on site as it was

created on paper, in mood boards and

CAD models. The tendering of services,

participation in the awarding of contracts,

construction management and the

coordination of the craftsmen and verification

of the work to be carried out on the object

are just as important for the achievement

of the set goals as the previous planning.
